Registration Terms
A few important details before you enroll.
Our goal is to create a supportive, organized learning experience. Please review the following policies before registering for your Mandarin Made Clear course.
Registration
Registration is confirmed once both your registration form and tuition payment have been received.
Enrollment is limited to ensure a personalized learning environment.
Registration remains open until the course is full.
Students wishing to enroll after the course has begun should contact Mandarin Made Clear. Late enrollment may be possible, depending on available space and how far the course has progressed.
Attendance
Because each lesson builds on previous material, regular attendance is strongly encouraged.
If you know you'll miss a class, please let us know in advance whenever possible.
Students who miss a class are encouraged to review the lesson materials and keep up with the course as much as possible. Please contact Mandarin Made Clear if you have questions or need additional guidance.
Class Cancellations
If Mandarin Made Clear must cancel an individual class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified as soon as possible. A make-up class will be scheduled so that students receive all of the instruction included in their course.
Minimum Enrollment
Some Mandarin Made Clear classes require a minimum number of students to run.
If the minimum enrollment is not reached before the course begins, you may choose either:
Transfer your registration to another available Mandarin Made Clear course.
Receive a full refund.
Tuition & Refunds
Payment of tuition confirms your registration and reserves your place in your selected course.
If you cancel 7 or more days before the first class
You will receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the first class
If your place can be filled by another student, you may receive a full refund.
If your place cannot be filled, you may request that your payment be applied as a credit toward a future Mandarin Made Clear course. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original course start date.
After the course begins
Because your place has been reserved and class planning is based on enrollment, tuition is generally non-refundable.
If an unexpected emergency arises, please contact us. We will do our best to work with you whenever reasonably possible.
If Mandarin Made Clear cancels an entire course, students may choose either:
Receive a full refund, or
Receive a full tuition credit toward another Mandarin Made Clear course.
Student Responsibilities
Treat fellow learners with kindness and respect.
Help create a positive, supportive learning environment.
Respect the privacy of other students.
Not record or distribute class materials without permission.
Follow these guidelines to help create a positive learning environment for everyone.
Mandarin Made Clear reserves the right to address behavior that significantly disrupts the learning environment, including removing a participant from a class if necessary.
